MGS/U of M 68th Annual Geotechnical Conference Dinner and Lecture Registration
MGS-GI and ASCE-MN jointly present the Geo-Banquet (Dinner & Lecture), held in conjunction with Geo-Congress 2020, on Wednesday, February 26th, at the locally acclaimed McNamara Alumni Center on the University of Minnesota campus. Following a networking cocktail hour sponsored by Hayward Baker, and plated meals catered by D'Amico & Sons, Professor Lyesse Laloui, from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), will present "Tailor-made soil properties with novel bio-geo-chemical means."

Government/Municipal Employees Discount
Government/Municipal Rates: Please submit your registration online, you will note there isn’t a separate category for municipal employees. Please register as a full conference registrant, and contact ASCE Customer Service at 800-548-2723 to receive the promotional Code to enter in the Promotional Code box on the final Check Out page of your registration to receive the discounted rate.
Also, you can submit paper registration form to [email protected] using your Government/Municipal email to qualify. This rate is not available to state universities.
Save on Groups of 5 or More!
Group discounts of $50 per registration are available for groups of five or more Full Registrants from the same organization, registering by filling out the paper registration form, submitting it and paying the total registration fees with one form of payment by January 29, 2020. Don't miss out! Register early and receive the best savings. Registration online, or forms, must include complete payment information and must be received by this date to qualify for the Early Bird registration discount. Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants within one week of registering for the Conference. Online registrants should receive immediate notification following submission of the registration information. Pre-registered attendees will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site ASCE Registration Desk during registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact ASCE Registration at 800-548-2723 and ask to speak with Customer Service, or email [email protected]. Please reference Geo-Congress 2020 in the subject line.
Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment include:
- Check: payable to ASCE/Geo-Congress 2020 (In US dollars, drawn on a US bank. You must include attendee’s name in the memo area of the check.)
- Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover
- Purchase Order: P.O. #, company name & address or other billing address (This includes Government P.O. use) - a copy of this P.O. must be submitted to Customer Service when you register

Cancellation/Refunds
Cancellations must be received by ASCE in writing. A refund will be issued, minus a $100 processing fee, if the cancellation notice is received by ASCE before the cancellation deadline of No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the cancellation deadline.
